With a growing shortage of healthcare workers and a large gap between the health industry, education and IT, the healthcare system in the EU is facing a big challenge. In the Care about IT project, 15 partners from four EU countries (Italy, Finland, Estonia and the Netherlands), coming from both education and the industry, have combined forces to combat this issue. By combining our knowledge and experiences, we want to ensure future-proof education in the care sector.

Objectives:

• the pressure on health care will decrease
• studying and working in health care will become more attractive
• patients will be happier
